Because I’ve been doing this recently, and yuushioshitari said I should, here is the very biased Prince of Tennis workout playlist! Before anyone hates me, this playlist is very much centered around characters that I myself like, so please do not ask why some teams are not present. It’s because these are songs that I listen to.
Now that that’s over, here’s how to use them! There are 3 playlists, the first song being the warm up song and the last song being the cool down song. Please do not skip either of these songs as you there is a chance you will injure yourself if you do and that is the last thing any of us want. Choose a playlist, listen to the music, and move to it. That’s basically it.
This ‘workout’ is not based on anything, since I am not a professional… Anything. It’s mostly for the people who want to start to exercise but are not sure how to, and dance is a very well known form of cardio. The 3 playlists come with different speeds of songs, depending on how good your stamina is.
Each playlist is 10 tracks long, and average a 30 to 40 minutes. Basically, find an empty room, choose a playlist depending on your stamina, and then dance like an idiot for the 30 minutes. ;D

Playlist 1 is the easiest, then 2, then 3. Try to complete the entire duration of the playlist, as that would be optimum. You don’t actually have to dance, just move to the beat, naturally, and it’ll come to you after a while.
